Cell Vault does not provide medical advice, treatment or care. Rather, Cell Vault is the first commercial T-cell bank. Cell Vault cryopreserves T-Cells that have been collected from an individual for potential future cellular therapy use. The use of cryopreserved cells for such therapy is currently not approved by the FDA. Much is unknown about the usability of one's own T-cells that have been cryopreserved. For example, it is unknown whether T-cells collected and cryopreserved will be able to be used for cellular therapies, including CAR-T cell production. There is no guarantee that your cryopreserved cells will have a future therapeutic use. Research is ongoing. Only your health care professional can help you evaluate whether your cells might be used and if so, how they might be used. Cell Vault and its shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees, affiliates, network of providers and provider facilities, will not be liable to you or to any other party for claims relating to sample collection or if your cells cannot be used, or if any harm, injury, damage or loss results from the use of your cells.
